Prices for our products may be changed for future orders at any time. For purchase agreements already concluded, the price at the time of the agreement applies. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to statutory warranty and our refund policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region, provided there is an objective reason.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and inaccuracies and to cancel affected orders within the framework of legal provisions (contestability due to error in declaration).

Section 12 – Limitation of Liability

Towards consumers, Mehmet Dogur e.U. is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

Section 13 – Severability Clause

In the event that any provision of these T&Cs is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by the corresponding legal regulations.

Section 14 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
